Our Church family was so nice to throw us a shower for baby Nathan, even though he is our second child! We have been so blessed to be in this Church, and were very blessed by this shower, and the generosity of our Church family! Above is me and the cake!

And Lana got to enjoy some cake and balloons as well. . .Lana did so well with the shower. I think it helped her understand more that she is going to have a baby brother. When we brought the presents home, she knew that they were not hers, and kept pointing at things and saying "this is for baby brother" and she doesn't seem jealous at all! I know things will change when he arrives, but right now she seems very excited to pass her old things onto baby brother. One morning she was in our room and saw the bassinet, and said "this is for baby brother" she also wants us to put his carseat in the car already :) and she will come up to me and lift my shirt up and say "hi baby brother" it is sweet! As well as pat my tummy so gently and talk to him. She is going to be a great big sister!!
